Tapeworm = obsessed with food + cleptomaniac?
So my leper was just infected with tapeworm. Now he investigates any curios connected with food. He once found 2 food and 1k gold and kept it to himself. So I am wondering if the tapeworm disease is to blame.

No, tapeworm increases food consumed in camp I believe, it doesn't affect curio interaction. It's the Kleptomaniac skill causing him to steal stuff.

He does not have it.

When he decides to investigate a curio by himself, disease marker apears over his head, not quirk marker.

Oh, I looked it up in the wiki, and apparently Tapeworm does do this. It's the only disease that affects curio interaction, lucky you.

More specifically, any curio that can offer food for the infected hero.
