In truth I am still a noob in this game and lost a lot of rare trinkets before due to death. Also equipped my hero with the least valuable trinkets as I didn't have the confidence that this team will be able to take Vvulf down.
Guess this is a suicide squad of sort and I was trying to minimize losses even if they did not make it. The idea is to use DoT to wear the boss out, have heal to get out of death door, and be tanky enough to go through the dungeon part.
- You tried to stun an enemy who had a stun resist of +150% because he already was at the previous turn.
- You didn't used the dog treat for your Houndmaster's hound during the fight.
- You don't use bandages when your heroes are bleeding.
Your party was good in my opinion, but there are some mistakes like healing the Hellion for 2-4 points instead of attacking/stun, or not paying attention to enemies resistances/buffs and debuffs, etc...
Just work on that! When I see you playing, I really have the feeling that you don't always fully consider every options you have during a turn :)
That may be a bit of an overstatement but no argument the MAA is a total boss tanking.
and I didn't have a perfect comp. It wasn't blood moon tho.
Only trinket you need is guardians shield. But you should be ok without it.
Works realy good
Maa, Vestal,Hwm and Houndmaster.
I equiped my maa with trinkets that increased his protection. I used houndmaster mostly for stress heal with cry havoc till I got to the boss. Once I got to the boss, I basically spammed protect with my mma: and the bomb did to him only 6 dmg due to his ridiculously high prot.
hwm got one duelist advance+point blank shot combo and then he was just shooting at the boss while the houndmaster kept mark on him and kept him bleeding. Vestal was just making sure that everyone was healed... and that's about it. The only thing I was a bit worried about was my mma who's stress was very close to 100. If he became afflicted, that could potentially mess my strategy as he might skip a turn or something and no longer cast his protection.
Didn't even know he played Darkest Dungeon, mostly I just watch his Crossout content.
