I could imagine if you ever threw one away instead of taking it to the hamlet it wont spawn again.
Are you sure you didnt do that?
I was waiting your response lol, I hoped you would see the question.
I am not sure... it might have happened in the very early stages like during the first 4 weeks of this game when I didn't know this was something that is 'collected'.
Well this I guess it's new game for me.
Is the save-disappearing issue still there? I could never create a new game in fear of losing my save.
i dont know of such an issue, but you could just backup your savefiles to make sure nothing is lost.
By the way, was the drop rate for pages increased? These were supposed to be extremely rare and I managed to gather 21 pages before week 40.
Previously when I checked the "curio_type_library.csv" file around 4~5 months ago it was 20% under #20 "Bookshelf" and it still is 20% now. I agree I'm finding them a lot but apparently it's just luck.
Still, I would like to see some benefit from collecting all pages.
But back to original question. I'm guessing that the journal entry that I mentioned is hidden somewhere in the Darkest Dungeon and not random (the content looks like an easter egg), but I'm not far enough into game to verify.
If however, you are missing Journal of Darius 1/6 - you are experiencing a bug.
DD4? Wait, is there even a secret room in that stage, isn't it just a straight line?
...I don't even think there even something there, ugh... I'll have to beat radiant mode and then I'll get there. What a long journey...
