Tips on Darkest level Veteran missions
What's the minimum recommended equipment level to deal with them? Is it worth to trade other heirlooms for deeds for the blacksmith?

I'm starting to feel that i'll be forced to deal with veteran level dungeons with level 2 items and skills.

Skills are more important than the equipment, within sane limits. The increased chances to hit and affect are vital.

As for advice: when underequiped (bursting not an option), Stuns, heals and Stress heals.
I routinely bring a Resolve 0 Hero to train in Champion Dungeons out of necessity. It is a good idea to Guard them.

Is it a good idea also to expell level 3 heroes for low level to grind heirlooms?
I would lose money but it would come back whilst using the low levels.

Level 3 weapons/armor/skills is a good idea. Here's maybe a helpful way of thinking about it:

A hero with level 3 equipment/skills is about as good in a Veteran dungeon as a level 1 hero is in Apprentice.
A hero with level 4 equipment/skills is about as good in a Veteran dungeon as a level 2 hero is in Apprentice.
A hero with level 1/2 equipment/skills is much worse in a Veteran dungeon than a level 1 hero in Apprentice.

If you don't have level 3, it's probably best to hold off visiting Veteran level until you can do more upgrades. If you have a reasonably diverse party (~16 heroes or more), this shouldn't really be a huge liability. Heirloom exchange is great. Definitely worth using.

Possible, but I´d say stick to the medium Dungeons with those Resolve 3 Heroes. More loot, including those Heirlooms, and one stays in positive income.

Generally you should manage heirloom shortages by future inventory management. Don't drop deeds, and do drop low-value gems for more deeds, stuff like that.

But you seem more short on cash. So perhaps you were keeping too many heirlooms and not enough cash. Or perhaps spending too much at the stress houses.

If you're not doing any of that, then make your second team fund the upgrades of your first team. Make the third team fund the upgrades on the second team, and so on. Finally the first team uses the extra veteran proceeds to upgrade the lower tier teams.

Early on I put much greater priority on heirlooms over money, because early upgrades are cheap but getting the blacksmith and guild upgraded means you can keep those veteran heroes up to speed.

This also leads to upgrading the stagecoach to start bringing in pre leveled heroes which saves a ton of money.

Trust me Veteran dungeons are not nearly as hard as champion level dungeons. The only thing thats different between apprentice and veteran is almost all enemies for each area (the last 4 are divided among the champion dungeons) are now going to appear. Also veteran enemies hit harder, haver more health, and some may mark/debuff when they could not in apprentice dungeons. Honestly just keep your lvl 3/4 heros upgraded and think smart when choosing abilities and party comp. Once you learn party comp figuring out what abilities you need will be much easier and personally this makes the game much easier.
