Report a translation problem
It never got a PC release because Activision chose to port the game to the Wii instead (which was a very rough port with no multiplayer). Some people at Treyarch believed they could release a PC port in the following year but Bobby Kotick refused and told them to focus on their next game instead.
The only way to easily play it (without having to buy one of the consoles that it was made for) is by getting the Xbox 360 version, since that version is backwards-compatible with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S.
