Check what is your version in right down corner. Its probably 1.4
You can also check it by opening console with tilda(key under ESC) and typing shortversion then click enter

Sorry I didn't answer for so long. I have a multiplayer version of 1.5. There are 3 servers with bots, which I cannot enter by mistake "the weapon model is not loaded", as well as one server where I can enter, but there people no longer play, although up to 5 people played there in May.

I read somewhere that there is a patch that, when installed, will give a game with a lot of online. Where can I see a detailed guide to do this?

you need the 1.1 patch to play proper cod 1. it has over 100 players on, i can get you dl link if you interested
