Aiming Animation Lag

For some reason the animation for aiming down my sight lags. Leaning lags as well, but it's just the animation. Everything else runs perfect. All other animations run fine and it only seems to be the weapon that lags. Everything else is fine. Is there a way to fix this?

I got rid of it by modifying this line in the config.cfg located on the "Main" folder once you start the game at least once.
Search this:
seta cg_nopredict "1" and change it to "0"
I had already set it at "1" to fix another issue according to a guide but then the choppy animations started.
