what i mean is even if i got the dlc for her i couldn't play the game cause it fatal error crashes for me

Jesus tapdancing CHRIST, just copy the memory address or other error codes that are throwing the game for a loop, ask GOOGLE, and then download Memtest86 and check your RAM for errors. If it's one spot, one thing, one event throwing the game into a crash, then you can make a proper report to see if it's unique or not.
