When does this open up to do? looking at wiki its lvl is 29. I'm finally got lvl 29 and it still hasn't open up to get it? Stewin tells me got no jobs for me,Master Poacher hasn't spoke at all. and no "!" at all.
Is it bugged out too?

Have you finished the main quest line aka defeated the Sentinel ? It will only unlock after that.

It seem you have play with another player and complete gaudian hunter mission as when you join them you quest will complete like them so if you want to get your quest stick on you. you should careful to join another player as they can done their mission and make you complete it too.

I have just started to play, level 7, but a friend of mine had the same issue in BL2, he had leveled up to 28 and had fought the Warrior, but all his missions had been done in COOP and he has obtained credit, but could not understand why he could not unlock TVHM. as he progressed, missions he had completed unlocked and finally he got TVHM. so that maybe the issue.

Thank you thats it. after my other 2 playthru I never went back to check it ,just thought I had missed some trigger for it. so, now I can go back to the others and play it with them also. Thanks again.
