I found out what happened to S&S Munitions

I checked the Borderlands wiki and quote "Bandits have put S&S Munitions out of business on Pandora and S&S weapons don't make an appearance in Borderlands 2."

Weird how a completely superior company got put out of business by an inferior company... if you can even call Bandit a company.

^Well Bandit/Scav weapons are much cheaper to produce than top of the line weaponry, and they do the same thing basicly.
If you were the person in charge of a specific type of product, and you find out that another person can make the same thing with spare parts, glue, rope, and duct tape, wouldn't you jump out a window and shoot yourself in the head on the way down?

"Same thing basically" except for how Bandit/Scav have reduced Damage, and S&S was a secondary Elemental company, having elemental guns second only to Maliwan.

There is, in a way, a good thing about S&S being gone. We don't have to suffer through their awesome ARs being trash because of the BL2/BLTPS system.

Bandit weapons took a similar approach with weapon sizes, so it wasn't a matter of quality- Bandit and scav weps are made entirely out of, you know, scavanged parts of other guns, and whatever else they could find. Free out of ♥♥♥♥♥♥ guns, or expensive tech?
