Can not get passed "systems shutdown".
I am in a the 'systems shutdown" mission and getting my a$$ handed to me, I bring down his shield and 1/2 way on this health, but then when his shield comes back, I get killed almost instantly.

I am playing a level 40 Nisha, seems I have alot of side missions that are not completed. Althought, he is a level 38, should I be much higher the 40 for this mission??

Any commentes would be appreciated.

Where are you at? Shadow-TP? Eclipse? EOS?

Sounds like you are talking about EOS.

Tough fight ... or at least a long fight .... well, for most of us.

I've done it with him 2 lvls over me, so your level should be good.

You need the right skill tree selections and weapons. You need to stay mobile and use the terrain to hide.

Watch some videos.

Read the other threads on it.

Cool, my skills should be changed, cool, I think I will complete more side missions, level up a bit and then come back. I read this some where else::

Everyone: the sentinel is too easy!
Gearbox: fine, here's a boss so hard that will make you rage and quit
Everyone: EOS is too hard!

We wanted a good DLC, well, here ya go.

Yep that's what he does alright. Shields come back at least once, maybe twice can't remember. Only character I had that could really handle him was Doppleganger. Even then you need some luck on your side. Getting thrown into fight for your life when your digijacks are on cooldown and there aren't any adds within range means you're done for. The thing that is really frustrating is having to start the whole fight over when you die. If the game saved your progress at the point where you've knocked off his shield and half his health I wouldn't mind dying and starting there but it doesn't do that. The drops at the end of the fight aren't worth the battle either.
