Fatal error! Address = 0x0 filename not found
How do I fix this?

Whenever I try to validate files I get ANOTHER error:
"please exit any running games or tools before attempting to verify game cache"

that last one sounds like game still runing check in Task Manager if you didn't do so and kill process for this game maybe that helps you

I checked the task manager, nothing is still running



EDIT: also tried reinstalling TPS and restarting steam
