When I would play mmorpgs like everquest I would kinda work out. I would do 5 pushups everytime I leveled and each time I levled add the current levle +5. So like at level 5 I would be doing 10 at 6 11 etc. I always got lazy though and stopped after first day =P.
How long have yall been doin these videos for? Also are you the dude in the video or just someone linking it?
I'm going to have to get a controller though as using mouse /keyboard doing some of the stuff I saw you (the dude in vid) do would be rough otherwise =P.
Your MMORPG routine is good too. If you decide to go back to something like that, you should check out my Guild Wars routine. That's what I refer people to who play MMO's. Although, within the month, I will have an updated routine that will be for the new WoW expansion.
Not sure how long it's been, I think it will be about 2 years come Christmas. I am not the dude in the video, I am his brother. He's better looking and more fit so I help with all the background stuff. Liiiiiiike the pre and post production stuff, including sharing it. Which if you know somebody who can benefit from something like this, I think it would be great if you showed them!
Also, if you would like a controller based routine for Borderlands here is the Heroic difficulty for BL2 using a controller.

There is an easier and harder console routine for this that can be found on VGFP playlist on the channel.
I'm not your pal buddy!
Efem likes to mess with people ^_^. I also believe hes quoting southparks canadians (I forget their names) that do the fart jokes. Unless it's just a happy accident lol.
Besides that, it's a really great idea in general. At leats now people can't say I'm just sitting on my a** doing nothing when I am gaming. :p
Surprisingly, it feels great. Newest form of addiction.
