So, where's Marcus?

Is there a Marcus' shop in the game? I can't find it, if there is. Springs has a shop, but it's not the same at all.

Havent seen him and I doubt he's present within the main game. I assume he'll be an upcoming DLC NPC.

Also, I'd like to have a test dummy, as in BL2. I just found a Hyperion sniper rifle that 'looks' ultra-powerful, but I'd love to be able to test it out, for example.

My much-lower rated Jakobs sniper has allowed me to one-shot most enemies, and if the Hyperion is any good, I'll be one lucky Fragtrap.

Moxxi was pretty much shoe-horned into the game. Also, her voice actor was obviously available so they brought her back. Marcus wasn't I suppose, so that's why you just hear the same audio he has from BL2 vendors.
