Symbol on HUD I don't recognise
On the ingame HUD at the bottom to the left of my level is a symbol that changes as I use my badass tokens but doesn't match what I unlock with them. It has depicteded various weapons, grenades and coins. Any ideas what it means?

It changes based on your general Badass Rank. Like, 1000-1200 might have a wad of bills.

Just shows your badass rank, nothing more.

The name changes according to the mod. The icon is only badass rank.

Isn't it connected to your playstyle somehow? I was killing lots of enemies with melee attacks as Athena and it changed to a knife symbol. Later I got a nice pistol and killed many enemies with it and it changed to a pistol symbol.

No, it's not. I wasn't fighting enemies with money when the icon changed for a wad of bills.

Maybe you made a lot of cash by sellings stuff? I don't know. But they seem to be repeating. I'm pretty sure I had the knife and pistol symbol earlier already...
