What does the butt slam button in R&D do?

It's located right near a crate before the entrance to the aquarium. Does anyone know what it opens?

And where is the secret lab located in the Aquarium area of R&D for the BAR challenge?

I found two, actually; the second one is in Lab 19. No idea if there's more of them or what they are supposed (if anything) to do.Secret lab is not a lab actually but rather a tunnel located to your right as soon as you enter Aquatic Life Stablization Area. There are quite a few Youtube videos on how to find it; one being this random one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T8XB3t2fN9g
This lab is part of Leap of Faith 2 challenge, not sure what BAR means or stands for?

In the R&D area there are those yellow vertical gun chests, they are locked until you butt stomp each of the green buttons in that zone. I've found 4 I think.
