Hey guys! I have another episode of my Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel! Legendary weapons guide. I got my hands on a Prismatic Bulwark shield, which for those that don't know is a shield that allows you to absorb lasers. Pretty badass. :)

This thing is amazing against lasers, but extremely squishy against everything else. That said, it's great on Wilhelm as the shield is constantly depleting, activating his vengeance cannon, so I can't really complain. Plus it improves the damage of your laser weapons. It's like the Bee Shield and the Sham met and had a baby called the Bulwark. Pretty cool.
