Where do I cash in those moon rocks?

I don't see anything called springers place. Do you have a map with where to locate? Or mabye an easier location? I just norm do shift here so I don't know much else

Crazy Earl is who you are looking for, he is in Concordia, next to one of Nina's vending machines, the one that is tilted.

they're capped at 500 but legendary weapon grinds cost 150 for guarenteed legendaries, otherwise there's the blackmarket or Moxxi's coctails (this is all in Concordia)
