Eradicate! mission stuck

I let the robot kill the infected Dahl soldier, but the quest doesn't progress, it's just stuck like this:

Kill the robot and you might get a legendary, I did.

i've got the same thing in the same mission but then I left the game and then came back it progressed to the next part
