Need help with getting shooting star

Cna somebody tell how i can get the shooting star on some way, feel free to tell / help me to get it please, don't know how to get it.

From the quest "Red, Then Dead", the second courier you have to kill, the one in Power Armor, he have a chance of dropping the Shooting Star.

Keep in mind he is a one-time encounter, so you would need to either set your save to read-only before trying(and removing the read-only tag as soon as it drops), or back up your save and reload the backup every time, also, if you already completed the quest, you missed your opportunity.

Thx alot but i already completed the mission becuase i didn't knew it would drop from that mission and wondering if you have any type of shooting star shield?

if you didnt kill him, there's always the chance of the grinder...
