Sub-level 13 mission?

How do I get to sub-level 13? There's an undiscovered mission there, but I'm not exactly sure where it is, or how/where to access it.

To add to what Nightmare said: Go to Outlands Canyon and visit Pickle at his home on the far west side of the map where you first meet him. He'll have be a yellow "!" there for the undiscovered mission. The mission itself takes place in Sub-level 13, which is relatively easy to find once you've accepted the mission from Pickle.
