More inventory space?
In BL2, whenever I started playing a character, I always bought backpack SDU's first, because DAMN is it annoying to constantly juggle items in and out of your inventory, leaving the levels scattered with items, or having to run the same level twice to pick it all up?

And in this game, you have even more need for the extra bag space, what with wanting to save up weapons and items for the grinder rather than just selling everything that isn't an immediate upgrade at the first vendor machine you find. But it seems like you can't buy more backpack space for the Moonstones, so the question is: Is there any way at all to increase your backpack size?

You should be able to buy backpack SDU's the same way you get the SDU's for weapon ammo or bank space

Uhm... you can still buy backpack size with moonstones....

Same as in bl 2.....crazy earl sell extra bank space...extra inventory space,extra mutions..SAME as bl 2 ..except you pay in moonstone....

Yes you can BUT you can buy one and then it is sold out. I have bought a couple but I don't know on what time it resets and puts another one in the store ...

Max i have is 27, and i feel like that is a small number. I find myself hoarding items...

No you can buy all at a time... up to 27 slots...

Hoping to be able to buy more backpack slots on second playthrough, 27 is nice but with 'The Grinder' more would be nice, also the 'Arms Dealer' mission needs you to collect 50 common weapons, making you run back and forth with 5-10 commons at a time is annoying.

As i said. UP to 27 slots. I already have a lvl 50 Wilhelm. And 27 is the max.

Yup, it is in Crazy Earl's moonstone shop. The backpack SDUs are in the Item of the Day slot.
