Shift codes NOT WORKING! for me

I put 2 shift codes for golden keys. I got 0.
I also got ''bonus golden keys'' for loyalty or something..
And still, 0 keys lol..
What to do? :C

you need to colect them they are very close to the golden chest in the city the terminal has a big SHIFT hologram above it you can see it from the golden chest location by looking a bit to the right if you are facing the chest

i hope you understand

also if it says that you are not conected to shift just save an,d exit game go to extras then to the shift thing where you put in the codes then go back to menu and continue game

Dude... I put the codes, they told me u got rewards, but i got NOTHING in-game... I can't use the chest :l

This is still a little buggy. I have to first go to the shift option at the main menu. You have to do this first or the game will tell you that you are not loged into shift.

Then you go to Concordia. Just outside the elevator to the Merrif's office you will see a Shift code terminal. you have to go there to redeem your keys. Then you can use your keys. I dunno why it has to be so complicated in this game. it was so much easier to borderlands 2.
