How can I reset my quest?

when i came to Pickle at true vault hunter mode, after his video there nothing happens - he don't want to speak with me and i can't continue my storyline. can i reset this quest?

Did you try exiting to the menu and re-loading? That worked for me when a quest giver wouldn't accept the item he asked for.

sure I tried, and i tried to do a lot of other quests, nothing helps

Finished the game with Nisha, started a Wilheim playthrough (on normal obvs) and same thing, saw the intro video but when I hit 'x' to talk to him he doesn't respond. I've reloaded, switched characters, died, quit and restarted, fast travelled, nothing. Script problem no doubt.

you can complete this quest online with other people, then continue to play solo. worked for me.

A quest won't continue for me: I can't pry open the door in the Titan Facility. No matter how much I restart... I need a way to reload.

You can try to restart the quest with the Gibbed Editor. I think there should be an option for resetting quests.
