How to display FPS on screen?

Dont know if there is a built in way.. I just use afterburner works with all games and displays temp, fan speed and gpu adn cpu usage as well

shadow play comes with a FPS display option. Also being an unreal engine game if you can get to the console you can turn on the engines FPS function.

Using Fraps for FPS display only, also can be use to take screenshots, the easiest way.
If u want CPU/GPU temp, usage... using either EVGA Precision or MSI Afterburner. I personally recommend Precision cus it got its own Riva turner so no need fo additional soft. And no it didn't matter what GPU branch u using.

Fof Linux Debian 8.1 you can enable FPS counter in this way:

Go to BL Tne Pre-Sequel config directory:
/home/yourusername/.local/share/aspyr-media/borderlands the pre-sequel/willowgame/config
and edit willowinput.ini

Locate [Engine.Console] section in this file and make these changes:
ConsoleKey=Tilde
TypeKey=Backslash

Save/Exit

Restart steam.
While playing the game, press ~ to display the console window and type:
Stat FPS

That will show FPS counter in right upper corner.


For Windows:
Use a text editor to edit the "DefaultInput.ini" file in the "\Steam\SteamApps\Common\BorderlandsPreSequel\WillowGame\Config" directory.

Locate [Engine.Console] section in this file and make these changes:
ConsoleKey=Tilde
TypeKey=Backslash

Save/Exit

Restart steam.
While playing the game, press ~ to display the console window and type:
Stat FPS

That will show FPS counter in right upper corner.

Or, go to Steam Settings, select In-Game, then set In-Game FPS Counter to where you want it and high contrast it you wish to use that.
