QUEST STUCK!!! The Beginning of the End EDIT: FIXED

I am stuck on the Pass through the breach section of it on True Vault Hunter difficulty. I showdowned the cannon and shot through the barrier trying to skip some mobs but that got me stuck.

Edit:
Have a friend make a fresh character
Invite them to your game
Have them shoot the barrier
Both of you go through
Quest should now be updated

Quitting the game didn't fix it? I've had more than my share of quests being stuck during my playthroughs but a save and exit worked everytime. It usually meant I had to re-clear a lot though which sucks.

I've recleared it twice, since suiciding to the gate(does damage standing near it) and respawning close to re-shoot the cannon did not work.

Yikes that doesn't sound too good. I would recommend posting this on the gearbox forums where it can be read by the devs. Although it's possible it has already been reported over there.

Happening for me to, I heard you can work around it with an extra player, one person get's in the cannon, shoots the barrier and the other person walks through, the playing in the cannon waits for it to close, shoots it again and goes through. Not confirmed that it works I just heard it. Doesn't matter anyway, none of my friends bought this game.

I've tried that method by allowing people to join by putting network on public. Sucks to have such a C-block bug stopping you from progressing the game.

Have the tried the thing I said? Might be worth a try, I'd help because a bug that stops progression is not cool. And I want my Athena to finish TVHM.

Yeah i've tried it, its the same fix that this person posted here http://forums.gearboxsoftware.com/showthread.php?t=387314. But it did not work, but none of them were added to my friends list. If you have some time to kill you can add me and we can see if we can get through it.

I have this glitch in the same mission but its at the vault entrance it doesn't WORK! help ;(
