I personally think it's impossible to get to it, I say that after an hour of trying to get to it and failing. I can see where to go but getting from point A to point C is kind of hard to do when you don't even see point B.
to reach the first 2 you need to first "supercharge" the jump pad that is near the o2 pump. (do a butt smash near it). It will launch you to a platform, the first one is on an elevator platform to the right, you have to shoot a lock first. For the second, supercharge the jump pad again and get to the high platform. Turn to the left and you'll see a ladder that leads to another platform, go up there.

Now, run/jump/float across to a broken catwalk. Once you make it there, you'll need to get to the edge and you'll see a girder sticking out. Double jump to reach that and then double jump to the broken catwalk in front of you. This is the echo that is directly above the o2 pump/secret room.

Worked thanks for the info!
Yay, jumping puzzles, THAT's why I play Borderlands, because I love stupid F'ing jumping puzzles.

(Thanks, Vilagefool - great write up.)
Worked !! Thanks Bro !!

Let's be honest, most of us forgot about that jump pad supercharge gimmick. Thanks, now I've got a shiny new lazy revolver.

You get a fancy achievement though for doing it.

Whoever designed this mission should never be allowed to work on a Borderlands game again; thanks for the help otherwise I'd probably still be running around that place.
It is not hard. And developers are not to blame here. Cause, you know, you should always consider verticality in this game and jump are not that hard. =_=

Thans vilagefoot for the "supercharge" jump, I didn,t here or no about that. No wonder I,m giving up in futility on some things after repeatedly jumping in failure and it don't help if you have arthritis in your hands. If the next {Hopefully ) Borderlands game has this much jumping "crap", I will be forgoing it. I thought this was a fps , not a hybrid platformer and shooter. I can't take the smell of Ben-gay amymore!

I have shoot the lock, and the lock the disappear, but the elevator does not go down...
OK, I finally did it after watching a video from JensVids: "Borderlands" Pre Sequel "The Secret Chamber. The elevator will go down once you jump up - you just use the supercharged jump pad near the crew's quarters - which is just adjacent to the secret room. That gets you #1. Then to get #2, go up to the top again, and jump to the next area. Then, you can unlock the room, if you have all three. However my game crashed just as I opened the chest, so I lost all my progress, just after Steam recognized I unlocked the achievement "Super Secret Stash". This is the third time I had to go to the internet to find out how to make progress in this game. The game is on rails; it's not like I can do any other mission, unless I want to farm for guns to grind.

sorry I just can't figure out how to supercharge a pad or get there

Shoot the little box next to the jump pad.
