Lost Legion Invasion. Game breaking bug.
So I wanted to try all of the new characters and decided to play through the tutorial with all of them before picking one to play the most. I basically played up until Jack shoots you down to the moon. On one of the characters, happened to be Athena, I stopped there. Now when I load the game I am stuck in the shipping container on the moon, button to open the door is red, no way to get out of there. So nothing I can do at all with this character.

This is not a massive deal because it occured so earlier in the game but its still a waste of 30 minutes or so of my time and if I want to play Athena, ironically the one I chose to play after trying all 4, I have to restart.

Happened to me when I started TVHM with my Wilhelm at level 31.
I have no clue what to do now.

Just ran into this issue on my TVHM playthrough Lvl 30 Claptrap. This occurs when Jack is trying to launch you down to Concordia. When I get into the container and hit the travel button, the game loads and I appear in the container with no weapon in my hand and no way to get out. I tried reloading the game but i'm still stuck.

That sucks in a big way. It was not a huge deal for me since it was a level 3 character...I would throw up a thread on the Gearbox forums and push for a response.

Sounds like you should download a trainer and just mod another char to that level.

Just wanted to check back in and say I have fixed my playthrough problem. I had a friend host a game who was just starting TVHM and we managed to get a save past the Lost Legion mission.

Ya all you people having issues it because you are most likely using a custom startup command through steam such as -nolauncher and -nostartupmovies. This will bug out the game when a movie is played so just erase your custom launch command and you will be good.

Yep that's your solution right there. Just remove -nostartupmovies will fix it

wow that would suck if you started in TVHM. I'd be furious.

Well, that's yiffin' annoying. Had the same problem, and removing -NoStartUpMovies fixed it for me.

To get rid of those commercials without having to use the apparently game-breaking command, rightclick the game in Steam, go to Properties, local files, browse local files, which should take you to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\BorderlandsPreSequel

In there, go to WillowGame, then Movies. Search Google for 'blank bik file' and download one. Rename or delete the files 2K_Australia_logo.bik, 2K_logo.bik, Gearbox_logo.bik, and NVidia.bik. (I suggest renaming, although you can replace them with 'verify local files' if necessary) and rename copies of your blank file to those. You get a black screen for a moment when you start the game, then the lawyer weasel-words.

I found the way to fix this if you are playing on a console. you have to completely quit out of the game to fix it. i quit all the way out and then re started it and i fixed it.
