Season Pass Won't Install???

I pre ordered the borderlands pre sequel as well as purchased the season pass and even though when i right click my borderlands pre sequel game in my library, and go to downloadable content, it says the season pass is installed how come in game when i go to dlc section it says not installed. I tried verifying game cache files and every time i do it it downloads 12.2 mb worth of data EVERY TIME. I re-tried the verify 10 times and each one has downloaded the same 12.2 mb worth of data which leads me to believe that it is not properly installing it. Ive restarted both steam and computer and still nothing. Any help is appreciated! Thanks.

I think it's just because there's no actual season pass content released yet, I have the exact same thing.

companies like EA and capcom are known to have DLC on the very FIRST day

if you are going to have dlc's for the game available, and EVEN SAY ITS INSTALLED, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ release your ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ dlcs. stupidest thing ive seen yet. thanks for the info guys. first and last time i buy dlcs from 2k.
