Last Echo in Boarding Party quest

How am I supposed to get up there? I can't air boost up there. Is there another way to get that last Echo on the top of the waterfall?

you have to shoot the rock(below the echo near a crashed ship)
to release a jet stream of air to send you up to the top.
It took me about 15 tries to get it because you have to grab the echo as you are flying by and then turn around to land on a ledge under it or use your oxygen to push you back towards a crashed ship nearby

I just dropped off the cliff aboves grabbed the echo and jetted back down to the ledge

When you're facing the waterfall thingie, the door will be on the left of it on the wall. The door isn't too conspicuous, so just look for something that isn't normal wall.

You have to kind of hop onto the ledge thing, then the button will be on the right when you're on the ledge. The door opens, you crouch to get inside, and it leads you to the top of that waterfall thingie. Also a weapons box if I'm not mistaken.

thanks for the help getting the last Echo thingy, was driving me crazy trying to jump up or find a ledge.

for me the third echo is glitched! I can't open the cabinet and the waterfall button is no functional. anyh ideas?

When such objectives 'fail to proc', you either join ones game with same quest to finish it, or go to next mode/reset UVH.
Or you can try to find save-editor, if theres one able to reset quest progress.

Thank god, listen to Astro's comment. It's the right one. The button does not cause a waterfall, it opens a hatch, climb inside it you see a corpse and a loot bin. Then there's the echo. I was about to go on a wild goose chase with all the other ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ people claimed is the correct deal.
