Exact technique:
Go to the far right ramp of the two.
Your exit point should be on the right side of that ramp.
Your entry point is what the problem is. You must start accelerating well before the ramp. South of the ramp, you have some dirt entry, and I used approximately that equal to the length of the ramp itself, aiming for the right side of the ramp to exit. Tee up the exit point using the crosshairs. I hit turbo well before I got to the ramp entry and held it down the whole way. The car makes and survives using this technique.
