What is a neuro backup?

I have a white item called "neuro backup" in my inventory. Worth $100. It won't fit in my toon's slots and it is taking up an inventory slot. Any ideas what it is? Can i delete it or sell it?

all it is is a little audio tape of your character's back story. Do with it what you want.

Drop it and it plays automatically.

The character I am playing with had a personal item called something like "thoughts and stuff" like a diary that was taking up space, so I sold it. I didn't know I could read or listen to it. even though I did wonder if I was making a mistake when I got rid of it.

Click on it once in your inventory and then exit out of inventory and make sure no character talks in your echo.

I don't know if this is happening to anyone else, but I can sell it, then buy it back for free, repeat that can basically generate money. Dunno if it's a bug on my part or what.

It's just meant to be a little bit of backstory for your character. It's not critical in any way.

same for me! thats a nice little bug but it's only really useful below level 5 maybe because it takes really long to sell an rebuy for just 100$
