IGN is the most universally well-known and reputable review site, closely followed by Polygon. Hence I put them at the top.
Pretty much what I expected, really.
I guess that that's really is the point.
Why i'm getting this game? Because i had tons of fun with BL2 and PS it's just made for that: give you some fresh breeze to enjoy something "old and known" with that strange "new" feeling.
I this would have been called BL3, i would be really pissed off.
Changing in deep the game's mechanincs it's something that is supposed to be handled in a brand new step of the franchise; this it's just a huge, stand alone, old '90s school expansion. With 20+ hours of storyline, some new features and new classes.
If you (not YOU expecially) just want to play BL3, just wait for BL3 ;)
And that's the essence why so many want to play this game. Nothing to add :)
