List of Pre-order bonuses?

Are there like tons, one for each retailer or what?
Is it just this one slaughter dome thing and not any other things like skins?

I don't pre-order unless there are exclusive things that you can never get unless you preordered, but I hear this slaughter dome thing will be released later, so just gonna wait for complete edition.

Meh, as a guy who has a preordered (pre-gifted?) BO2 I don't really mind the fact they gave Nuketown to everyone. That's a cool map, it's better when there are more players/lobbies playing it.

What I heard was the slaughter dome thing will be sold as DLC after release, so you get nothing exclusive by pre-ordering, but I am curious if other retailers get skins or anything.

how hard doesnt the pre order bonus suck. shock drop slaughter pit is a 100% useless!! when i bought bl2 i got 4 copies of the game with season pass included. all for the same price as tps pre purchase. have played through the game twice now and it just isnt worth buying the season pass for a new char and some other trash stuff that i bet will be equally as useless as the pitt! want my money back...

I don't find it useless, you get to hear some silly lines in hommage to CPL Hicks from ALIENS and it's a quick easy exp grind. Plus you get a nice item for completeing all stages.

Admittedly it shouldn't have been yanked out of the main game as a "bonus" but it serves it's purpose of some easy exp grinding if you're having problems in other areas.
