When can I buy something from Crazy Earl

I am at level 9 and when I look in Crazy Earl's store I see nothing at all for sale. When will I be able to buy something. The limited backpack space is absolutely frustrating.

Once you've progressed along the main questline to the point Moxxy gets you to give him the moonstone, you should have access to everything.

If you've done that and his shop is blank, then there's something wrong. I would suggest checking the integrity of your game files at that point. Let me know if you don't know how to do this and I'll give you instructions.

Thanks for the tip, but I still have a problem. I checked the integrity of the files and there was 1 bad file. It said it would reacquire it. I ran the program, could not see anything in the store, quit the game. Rechecked the file integrity and everything was ok, but I did see steam download something. Started the game again and still can't see anything in Earl's store. I followed the main story line and am now on "A New Direction" in Crisis Scar. I don't want to start over, but I don't want to continue on either. And my day was going so good....AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

Did you allow Steam to complete the download? There was a somewhat large update recently.

Yes, I did the new update hours ago and bought everything sold for the game. Going to recheck the files one more time, then I am going out to let off some steam. This game has been out long enough to not have this problem. I don't get it. Thanks FuzzyAnimator for the suggestions.

Sure, just trying to help. Only two last things I can think of.

First, if you have any other characters, do THEY have access to the store items? If so, maybe your save got corrupted somehow.

The other is to make sure your saves are synching to the Steam Cloud, then uninstall and re-install the game. That way you're starting fresh.

I have no other character. I may just delete everything and start over. But for now, I am going out and will deal with this later. Thanks again Fuzzy.

Ok, I reinstalled the game and now I have no trouble increasing my backpack. I feel better now.
