first time in the game? first toon?
no badass points? no gear?
for me the choice was simple.
NISHA with LAW & ORDER tree first
and was not in the slightest bit disappointed.
this tree requires no gear to function well.
this tree is all about survival efficiency with some unique buffs.
HOWEVER
if i were to do it all again,
I would first putpoints into BONAFIDE GRIT on RIFLEWOMAN tree
because one thing that BLTPS does do (until uvhm) is provide constant one shot trash, which with a constant heal buff would keep you moving forward aggressively.
but then when you can respec to have a total of 20 and better law stacks do so.
then while leveling further recommit points back to bonafide grit again.
then when you can get the next tier of 5 cap for law stacks again respec again.
by the time you are level to get 'BLOOD OF THE GUILTY' do so. then also dump points into "JURISDICTION" do so, as it makes the toon wonderfully tanky.
by the time you have taken the capstone of LAW & ORDER,
continute the process of putting slop ponits to bonafide grit.
that is until you get enough points to put a full 5 spec into BOTTLED COURAGE
On the middle tree.
this is the first point where you will want a specific piece of gear and is your genuine first game changer by following this path.
at this point you will have sufficient access to deep turtle shields.
and this is what the trick is. you go turtle shield with nisha beacuse the attacks against her which proc law stacks come more handily but are also more negligable because of both the bloat of the raw shield value and her gimped amount of hps qualifies more incoming damage to proc stacks of law and its benefits. this is also a point where you realize that your survival is vastly even more efficient because it is litereally now toggleable under the wooby of a nice fat turtle shield insta recharge....connected to the games quickest special cooldown.
so ya. its good being Nisha.
As you progress and start to level up Riflewoman and Fan the hammer, Nisha becomes Salvadoresque.
middle tree is fun but it kinda blows with some very specific weapon types to function well.
ie non-elemental, low magazine cap etc.
the Law&Order tree in general + the first 5 pts in RifleWoman and first 10 pts in FTH round out all of your tankiness. its because of the content with its constant flow of trash that proves the first 5 pts in rifle woman to perhaps be the best survival investment overall...short of boss fights.
Im definitely not a fan of 'kill skills' but the content of the game proves their utility valid for most situations.
That's it.
If you need help, you have issues.
And that issue isn't my problem.
