would let a person get this Achievement solo. I know it can be done with something like Sandboxie and running 4 instances of the game. But, I've never seen any comments about this tool.

You dont need to use Sandboxie to run 4 copies of this game, just browse to the pre-sequel.exe in the installation folder and run it from there as opposed to just clicking play from steam

I had to go to its Raw tab, open the MissionPlaythroughs collection, look at the LastVisitedTeleportName in each MissionPlaythroughData entry until I found the correct playthrough. Then I opened that one's MissionList and scrolled through until I found both Sub-Level 13 missions. For each of those, I then clicked the big red X to delete them.
After doing that, I started up the Pre-Sequel and continued the game, ALT-TABbed out and ran the 4-Player tool, had it scan, set the slider for 4 players, then ALT-TABbed back into the game. I picked up the mission again then ran through it and got the Achievement. Yay.
BTW, I picked up my remaining co-op Challenges and Achievements with the Nucleus Co-Op tool:
https://github.com/lucasassislar/nucleuscoop
(you get it by going to Code -> Releases, downloading the latest version from there, extracting it and running NucleusCoop.exe). That's a whole lot easier way of setting up a split-screen session than anything else I found.
Sorry to Necro, but do you still have that tool on your PC? That website you linked is down, and other available versions of the slider don't seem to work with the presequel :|

It's a pretty old tool, so I don't know if it will still work.
