Season-Pass Purchased but not Downloaded

I bought the season pass but when I go into the game and look at the downloadable content it says: Purchased but not downloaded

Anyone else had this problem and know what I should do about it? I've tried restarting steam and unselecting/reselecting the season pass under the DLC in Steam doesn't seem to do anything.

IIRC, go to Properties and add a check/tick to each of the boxes next to respective DLCs.

That's already been done. I also unchecked it, restarted steam, checked it again and restarted steam thinking it would force it to download.

Ok I found what to do. Go to Deck 13 1/2 map, and it should start automatically (It says that it's not downloaded, but it is)

Yep, you're right! That's so confusing! I'm glad nothing is wrong. I thought I was missing content.
