If i use You have my shield with Rerouter, will Digi-Jacks also have the AMP damage of shield ?

A tricky legendary shield to use correctly. At first players assume it's probably a bullet sponge but it's really not that way ~ it doesn't provide very much "shielding" as such but it does keep your character extremely healthy but only for a very limited period & because of its really long restore period, you risk dying before it can recharge. It has other unusual traits which are discussed here https://borderlands.fandom.com/wiki/Rerouter For me, it's not one of the best all-around legendary shields ~ I far prefer the Anshin Adaptive "Reogenator" which keeps you healthy even on TPS' typically longer length boss fights.
