Mac Catalina not working?
Me and my girlfriend play Borderlands 2 together alot and me myself am a Windows 10 owner and she uses Mac Catalina and yes we're able to play co-op

but for some odd reason when she tries to launch Borderlands TPS it doens't and shows a message "Failed to start process for Borderlands TPS, 32-bit applications are no longer supported in macOS 10.15." :steamfacepalm:

Strange borderlands 2 works and TPS doesn't and if anyone knows a fix to this let me know.

There's nothing strange about that. Catalina sunsetted support for 32 bit apps. Catalina only supports 64 bit apps.

BL:TPS is 32 bit.

It's up to Aspyr to provide an upgraded version, Or not (it is a 6 year old game that wasn't considered particularly popular). Technically, they're supposed to upgrade it, I wouldn't be holding my breath though. However, here's the Aspyr Support page, posting a ticket can't hurt.

If she's got a Mac that can run an older OS, she could try loading that onto a USB drive, and booting from that when she wants to play BL:TPS. Mojave and High Sierra both still had 32 bit support.

Thanks for your help i will definitely post a ticket maybe they respond back?
We'll try to boot it from an older version like Mojave and see if it works.

Anyways thank you.

It's possible that even is she can get BL:TPS running, you might need to downgrade your copy in order to facilitate cross play.

Um... this is the downgrade guide for BL2, but I believe that the technical details should be the same for BL:TPS.

Another option is for her to run Windows via Bootcamp. Setting up Windows 10 to run via Bootcamp is actually pretty easy (relatively speaking). Additionally, you can download the ISO file without having a license, and I believe you can even run Windows that way. (It'll be limited, and Windows will most likely constantly ask if you want to upgrade to the full version, but I believe it still should be sufficient to run a few games).

Anyway, that's another possibility to consider. The biggest draw back on that is the potential expense (of a Windows license) and the HD space necessary.

Aspyr say the following:

This game is not compatible with MacOS 10.15 and it will not be receiving a 64-bit update.

In order to play this game you will need to have MacOS 10.14 installed. You can use the article below as a guide on how to install 10.14 on a separate partition on your computer's hard drive: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208891
