I Have A Problem When Farming Red Belly
I am currently level 32 and I am trying to collect the legendary shotgun the striker. Whenever I go to red belly he is always level 8 and so I can only get a level, 8 striker. Is there a way to get red belly up to my level so i can get a better levelled striker.

Nope. He will always be level 8 in normal mode. True vault hunter mode will have a set level as well, until you beat the game a second time then everything will raise to 50. when you start UVHM the minimum level is 50 but everything will be +-2 levels from your character above that.

Only UVHM has level auto-scaling. You're level 32 through, at that level you should be in TVHM. You can just farm him in TVHM for a more level appropriate weapon.
