http://orcz.com/Borderlands_Pre-Sequel:_Shift_Codes <- black Keys work / red Keys not
https://twitter.com/Borderlands <- Every Friday they Post new Keys (one Week BL2 / next BL:TPS...)
https://steamcommunity.com/groups/B2Code
I used this one: C55BT-S95HK-HTT3J-B3J3J-5H5CR
It gave me 20 keys. I prefer typing them (find copying and pasting much more difficult).
Try this site, it's frequently updated (use the last ones. If they don't work, then you are the problem hahahahaha)

New SHiFT codes are published all the time, many expire, some do not. Their primary purpose is to track marketing, and to track where gamers get their information from.
Check the sticky at to top of the forum, or the other places listed in this thread, you'll find some.
Regardless, they're hardly an essential part of the game. They're a bonus. An extra. Meant to tide you over should you have little luck with drops for an extended period. But you're never meant to rely on them.
The game is a loot hunt. Go kill stuff. Loot will drop. Try it out. Experiment. Even if it isn't the rarest of colors, lots of what drops is viable and will help you progress in the game. Learning to adapt is part of the game.
The first response on this topic gave you all you need... Just copy those black (NOT red) keys in the PC/Mac/Linux column, and you will get plenty of Shift keys. I know because I just did so yesterday, and all those black ones work (except one that was given out twice, but the site even mentions it).
