Fourth weapon slot.
Hello, I got a problem. I have a level 28 Nisha and I don't have my fourth slot. Did I do something wrong?

Weapon slots are main storyline rewards. If you've completed the main storyline contact gearbox, if you have not keep playing and it'll unlock eventually.

Update: I fixed it, I just had the community patch on.
