Pre-Sequel community patch help

So I have everything set up properly in my files with filtertool and the patch itself, yet I am given an error. When I go to "Setup Tools", then "Automatically hex-edit files and enable console", and then I select "Hex edit BorderlandsPreSequel.exe" and "Enable console for BL2 and TPS with key: Tilde", It tells me "Could not find C:\Users\Tommy313\Documents\My games\Borderlands The Pre-Sequel\WillowGame\Config\WillowInput.ini". So when I launch my game, tilde does nothing and I cannot enable the patch. Does anyone know what this means and/or how to fix it?

Yeah I asked the guy who made the video but he's not replying so I don't think he knows what to do either. I'll definitely try asking the devs though, thanks.

You're welcome. I dunno K6 & he wasn't involved in developing the UCP, but I hear he makes tons of gaming videos & doesn't answer You Tube help requests. I think you can count on the UCP team at the link on the GBX TPS forum to help. Have fun

Oh, wasn't aware of such community patch (when comes to this game I am rather out of touch).

But when comes to that ini file I can tell you one thing, most such files DON'T INSTALL first time but rather after running game first time.

It's possible you never run game before and simply didn't generate ini file and that guy never noticed that fact and never included that in video.

It is rather easy to miss that.

You're laughing about it - that's the right spirit but it's pretty rare. People have gotten messed up by installing stuff they don't understand cos in FOSS like this you can't count on a manufacturer to stand behind his product which is fair enough since it's free & you really haven't bought it from anyone. The developers did recommend users be fluent in Hex Editing --- particularly good advice for less experienced users. Anyway good luck

you have to go into the game once (actually start the game and play a few second), then hex edit again. Should work then.

that's exactly what I was thinking at first, but even after playing and finding the file exactly where it said it couldn't find it, it is still telling me the same thing.

Yeah when I played I completed most of the claptrap dlc, but just in case, I'll try it again.
