I am the rubber, you're a glue skill question
Does it reflects/prevents only bullets or any kind of DMG like lasers or blasts?, i am kinda hesitant of taking it because of its action package, but 25% of pure resilence sounds tasty.

well it says BULLETS not ALL DAMAGE so obviously it reflects bullets and thats it. stop spamming constant threads, it will only make people hate you.

Not really, some skill inscriptions are either vague or incorrect, either way ive tested it already and it does reflect lasers.

also do i look like i care?

It says bullets, so lasers and rockets won't reflect. 25 % is not that much of a chance so getting it just for reflecting bullets especially at higher levels is not a viable build. Getting Fragmented skill tree maxed out or at least the All The Guns and Tripleclocked skills is better. You are getting nearly double damage for one of your gun types or extra shields for 100 seconds. Seems like a bad thing having just one gun type with a bonus but it works especially with airborne firerate bonus on oz kit.
