Excalibastard will scale itself to the Vault Hunter's level when removed from the stone in Stanton's Liver, limited by the level cap of the game mode it is obtained in. It's a very useful gun that offers special abilities for most all classes so if you're playing legit I'd hold off getting it until you really need it.

Wich level in normal game you can get the excalibur?this is my first run and i searched and I don't know if is in 2500 badass rank

you push tab and go to the badge at the end of the menu and that shows your badass rank
