Eye to Eye Mission bug!

Hey everyone! First playthough ever as Wilhelm. Pretty awesome game but I can't advance the story because of a bug. I'm on the Eye to Eye mission, at the last part of the mission where you're supposed to return to the command center, initiate reboot sequence, and then regain control of the laser. I've made it to the command center, but the computer console that you access to "initiate reboot sequence" is LOCKED. It will not initiate anything. It is not glowing green either, as mission objects normally do to signify their importance. Any suggestions? I'm thinking about maybe just restarting but friiiig...

Have You tried quitting yo they Main menú anda then hitting continue?
Try letting Simeone join your game, see if he can use the console or if it unblocks
