[SOLVED!!!] Console Auto-Say issue

When ever i write something in console and press enter it automaticly becames say command for example:
> exec patch.txt
What i get is:
>>> say exec patch.txt <<<
Help please.

just like in BL2 you need to hex edit your game exe file

Same Hex Edits as BL2. Instructions.
Download HEXWORKSHOP and install it. Right Click on you BL TPS exe on X\Steam\SteamApps\common Where X is where you installed it And press Edit with HexWorkshop.
Press Ctrl+F and Type this value 83C40C85C0751A6A and Change C0 to FF
Press Ctrl+F and Type say (case sensivite unicode string) Change the Whole value to 00
Then to Enable Console go into Documents/mygames/BorderlandsThePresequel/willowgame/config/willowinput and edit ConsoleKey=x where x is whatever key you want to use.

if it wont work then thats saying you have a cracked copy. I know cause i tried it on the cracked then i bought the game over the weekend and followed the instructions and it worked perfectly.

UPDATE: Done that but i think i fked up something yesterday when i tried to fix it and so i need to verify game files to make it redownload engine.upk willowgame.upk and exe file

NEXT UPDATE: Worked i only forget to select Match Case and so i needed to redownload the exe again but its atleast solved now! Thanks!

After i edited it with hex workshop with the instructions, and now i cant start the game. deletet it so i can download it and start again. Help?

Right click on borderlands 2 in steam library then go to properties (its the last option)
Then go to the tab called Local Files and there is button called Verify Game Files or something like that click it and wait till its finished
then just do the hex thing all over again
