Can't propose peace anymore
Hello.
Since the last update of the game the propose peace button in the Diplomacy menu is grey and I can't use it anymore. In my current game I'm the ruler of the southern Empire and currently at war with the Khuzaits but can't make peace with them despite my 60% support and more then enough Influence.
In a test when I countiniued to play the Aserai also declared war on me and the popup with a peace offer from Khuzait appeared but when I tried to accept it it dissapeared and just said: "This Kingdom is not relevant anymore" (or somthing similar).
I use no mods or cheats and don't have the main Quest active (I failed it long ago and made peace with the attacking factions). Bevore the update I never had problems with making peace.
Any help and Tips would be appreciated. Thank you.

I join. I can declare war on someone, but it is impossible to conclude peace (specifically with the Western Empire in my case).
Propose button inactive

Do you have any mods installed? Can you send us your save file via our ticketing system? Please don't forget to include your thread's link in your ticket. You can find a guide on how to open a ticket and send files below:

This bug is making it unplayable for me as I'm constantly at war with two of the factions

I have been informed that this is intended, you cannot make peace with kingdoms that has "Eliminate [Kingdom]" quests. Thanks for reporting!
