Terrain system not working

I dont know if im doing something wrong or if its the game. I enabled the beta 1.7 branch and none of the terrain battle maps seem to be loading. Just random maps like before. Ive disabled all mods and started a new campaign and sandbox campaign and it just doesnt seem to be working. Any help would be appreciated.

Can you try performing a clean install following the instructions on the below article and try to recreate this on an unmodded new campaign?

Still not working, I followed the article on clean install, twice. Still no deployment screen before fights and no specialized terrain based on where the battle starts.

Yeah, deleted and reinstalled again and still not working properly. Is there some kind of condition you have to meet to get the deployment or map?

Have you also created a new campaign before testing? Modded save files remain altered even after the clean install.

Yes, I deleted all files including my save game files. Its not working. Ive started a new campaign every time. Ive reinstalled this game 5 times now and it not working properly.
